Two families - a butchers and a bakers - not so much a modern day Romeo and Juliet, more a comedy of errors. . .
There'll be laughter, tears, the odd speech or five - and pies! An evening of nuptial reality - where bakers eat humble pie and butchers put the knife in. . . But it's not all doom and gloom for Archie and his best man at this two ring circus. Surely there'll be a happy ending 'cos. . . this time it's not love - no, this time it's the real thing!

The fact and fantasy surrounding the reputed aphrodisiac properties of the Islay Dunlop Cheddar are the inspiration for this new, music driven Highland comedy. The birth rate on the West coast Island of Tost is up again. Can it really be the cheese or is it the whisky that’s caused all these babies? There are plans to re-brand the Island and the campaign’s being run by some big cheese PR Company from the mainland. What could possibly go wrong? In a tribute to love, lust, romance, whisky and cheese, the Highland Festival’s specially formed performance company romp through this full bodied, soft hearted comedy.
